With the year-end upon us, TechVibes asked our CEO Marcus Daniels to share his thoughts on how the accelerator landscape will change in 2015. Having just merged with GrowLab Ventures and Extreme Startups this past August, HIGHLINE has big plans for innovation—and a little entrepreneurial disruption—in the Canadian accelerator space in the new year.
The key changes he says we can expect in the coming months are:
- Increased program specialization, less one-size-fits-all programs
- More co-creation
- A Canadian Watchdog: More Results Transparency
- More programs and more mature founders
TechVibes author Joseph Czikk explores each of these points in more detail in his article titled Four Ways Canada’s Accelerator Landscape Will Shift in 2015.
